Dynamic Tourism Group is a one stop shop for tourism marketing and representation with our head office in Sydney, Australia.

We provide a range of services that allows our clients to cherry-pick which services they need to maximise their business opportunities.

Our team have a wide range of experience within the Australian and New Zealand markets as well as international markets.

All of our team members have between five and thirty years' experience in the travel and tourism industry, developed across a wide range of roles and organisations. Many have also lived in a variety of countries across Europe, North America and Asia.

Jeff Skinner – Dynamic Tourism Group

Jeff Skinner

Director of Marketing

Jeff Skinner is a wholesale and retail specialist with over thirty years' experience in the travel and tourism industry. Having worked in private and public businesses as well as government organisations, he has excellent business acumen. Jeff is a highly experienced marketer and promoter of travel destinations and experiences. He has vast experience within the international markets, having worked in the UK, Europe, US, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, Scandinavia and throughout Asia.

Jeff started the first wholesale company for Top Deck in both the UK and Australia, which later evolved into the Flight Centre Group. He has held senior management roles with elite tourism companies such as the APT Group, Flight Centre Limited, Top Deck, Qantas Holidays (JTG), Sydney Aquarium Group, Tourism Northern Territory and Tourism Queensland.

Jeff's last role was Head of Marketing for Qantas, Viva Holidays and Readyrooms which is part of the Jetset Travelworld Group.

Jeff has extensive experience in turning businesses around from non-viable to profitable, by developing comprehensive sales and marketing plans. Driven to succeed, Jeff prides himself on building mutually beneficial relationships and delivering strong results. He is a strategic thinker with proven sales and marketing abilities. His experience, reputation and contacts within the industry all speak for his enormous commitment and ability to exceed expectations and to his vision for growing business opportunities into the future.

Ani Peet – Dynamic Tourism Group

Ani began her career with Flight Centre Group in the UK, gaining specialist experience in sales and marketing within the wholesale and retail sectors. More recently Ani was Head of Sales at Hachette Australia, a division of the second largest publisher in the world, where she played a key role increasing gross revenue for wholesale and retail businesses, expanding market awareness and increasing profit margins.

Ani has travelled to many parts of the world and dealt with many different nationalities and cultures throughout her career, and she has now decided to bring her vast knowledge and experience back to the travel industry. Ani has broad experience selling and promoting many international markets, having worked in the UK and locally selling destinations such as Europe, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Africa and Asia.

Ani prides herself on achieving results and is a self-driven and highly motivated person with a passion to succeed. She is a strong relationship builder and maintains a solid link between her clients and the product. Ani's enthusiasm is contagious and this reflects in her results. Your product could not be in better hands, as Ani is a true sales and marketing professional.

Mike Parker-Brown – Dynamic Tourism Group

A UK-trained journalist, Mike Parker-Brown is high profile on the local and Asia-Pacific travel scene having handled public relations and corporate affairs for several large organisations in recent years.

These include airlines, wholesale tour operators (both domestic and overseas-based), travel agency groups, hotels, cruise lines, associations, industry bodies and national tourist offices.

Countries represented include Indonesia, Hong Kong, Oman and most recently Fiji where Mike had responsibility for the national tourist office's corporate and global PR activity.

Mike is a member of a select group of travel industry PR practitioners to have been awarded a prestigious Australian Society of Travel Writers' "Communicator of the Year" award.

Mike's non-travel activity includes a stint with the Australian Trade Commission where as a senior media adviser he held responsibility for the Federal Government's Olympic business strategy and also the key (and sometimes controversial) Export Market Development Grant scheme.

He received a "Johnston Award" for his work on the "Business Club Australia" media campaign which proved one of the most successful ever actioned by Austrade's Corporate Communications Unit.

He has also represented executive search company TMS Asia-Pacific as Global Director of PR for several years.

His charitable activity includes providing free PR and media support to the World Bank/IFC-funded Cambodia Literacy Project for Children.

Susan Lee – Dynamic Tourism Group

Susan Lee has over a decade working with tourism businesses and organisations in tourism product development, regional marketing, business growth and improvement. She consults to businesses nationally and now as part of the Dynamic Tourism Group Susan brings the following services to DTG's clients:

  • Marketing plans – for wholesale, retail, export and domestic, aligned to sales targets

Susan puts strong focus on managing and understanding the costs of delivering tourism products so that growth is underpinned by profitable activity. Susan works with business owners to rethink and develop experiences to fit new markets, to package with other products and work in partnership to offer compelling experiences to travellers, and profitable products to business owners. Susan is one of a handful of mentors nationally working with established exporting indigenous tourism champions under a joint program by Tourism Australia and Indigenous Business Australia.

Through her consultancy, Susan works with clients interested in developing best practice, sustainable tourism businesses. Clients include National Parks and Wildlife New South Wales, Flinders Ranges and Outback SA Tourism and numerous private operators in based in iconic destinations such as Kangaroo Island, Central Australia, Sydney Harbour and Cairns. Tourism businesses are in transport, hotels and accommodation, adventure and cultural tours, retail and arts.

Colette Murrells – Dynamic Tourism Group

Colette has over 20 years' experience within the tourism, advertising and marketing arena spanning both the client and agency sides of the business.

Colette began her career in the tourism industry, working with Tourism Queensland within their wholesale, retail and marketing teams.

A keen interest for the tourism marketing area led to a move into large global media and communication agencies. With over 12 years media experience as Client Service Director with the Publicis Group she has worked across a broad portfolio of industry groups, stages of the product life cycle and audience segments.

Within this role, Colette provided overall direction, strategy and managed over $95m worth of annual billings across every stage of the process, from brief to campaign development and post analysis and review of campaign results against objectives.

The desire to spread her wings and sensing a need within the market for dedicated senior experienced media personnel, 2020 Media was established to service mid-sized companies to build a working relationship and contribute to their business growth and development. 2020 Media is ideally positioned to become an extension of marketing teams, and provide valuable advice, critique and guidance.

Colette is able provide the unique position of combining global large agency marketing experience, tourism industry insight, extensive knowledge and strong media relationships to deliver client objectives and results.

Kelly Brgoc – Dynamic Tourism Group

Imaginative, fresh, distinctive, with attention to detail... is how some clients would describe the creative talent of graphic designer Kelly Brgoc.

After completing a Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design) at Monash University, over the next thirteen years Kelly has consistently delivered quality design solutions across a diverse range of disciplines including advertising, brand identity, corporate communication, packaging and interactive design.

Formerly based in London as a freelance graphic designer, Kelly has great flair and vision when designing and developing creative projects.

She has had a fantastic history working with global brands and companies, producing some great campaigns for her clients.

Some of her past clients have been Australian Pacific Tours, Territory Discoveries, Travelmarvel, Envisage Holidays, RACV Club Tours and Travel, plus many more.

Kelly uses a combination of creative, technical and problem solving skills to translate a brief into memorable and meaningful graphic communication. She loves pushing the boundaries and exceeding her clients' expectations and finds often she delivers a solution her clients "never knew they wanted".
